Overview
The FSR SF4-PT-BLK is a 4" round floor box poke through with a brushed Black finish cover. The box is fire rated and UL scrub water rated, while the top flange is only .12" thick and is ADA compliant. The entire cover swings open 180 degrees while 2 additional small doors in the cover open to allow cables to pass out of the top.
